Backend Engineer, User Platform

This role is based in London, United Kingdom or Stockholm, Sweden with flexibility to work from home.

• Maintain business-critical user data pipelines ensuring high availability and stability.
• Contribute to a culture of high-quality, scalable, and reliable systems.
• Leverage AI to improve systems and automate tasks.

Who you are:

• Experienced in designing and operating distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in Java backend development.
• Proactive collaborator across the stack.
• Knowledge of Scala and/or C++ is a plus.
• Exceptional communicator capable of translating complex concepts.
