Backend Engineer, Music

This role is based in New York, NY, with some flexibility to work from home, requiring in-person attendance three times a week.

Compensation:

$133,000 – $190,000/year, plus equity.

What you'll do:

• Build backend systems that support generative AI usage at scale
• Design and develop APIs for AI creation flows and content consumption
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams
• Enhance system scalability and reliability
• Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture

• Experienced in developing backend systems using Java
• Familiar with API design and service-based architectures
• Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code
