What You'll Do:
- Build, deploy, and operate backend (Java) services that mitigate fraud and abuse at scale.
- Collaborate with data engineers using Spotify’s data tech stack (Scala, Scio, Google Dataflow).
- Design APIs and workflows to protect legitimate users.
- Improve system reliability and scalability.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in backend services.
- Experienced with APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Effective communicator and collaborator.
