Staff Software Engineer, Product Safety

This role is based in San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York with in-office collaboration required 1-2 times per quarter.

Compensation:

$200,436—$350,763/year

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for user safety features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience, particularly in backend engineering.
• Expertise in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful API design and front-end development.
