Responsibilities:
- Define the technical direction and roadmap for Pinterest's agent platform.
- Design and build scalable, highly available infrastructure for agent services.
- Collaborate with internal teams on agent tech stack needs.
- Lead technical alignment across teams and drive execution on platform initiatives.
- Utilize AI to enhance system design and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with agent systems and 7+ years with scalable backend systems.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proven technical leadership and ability to drive complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
