Compensation:

$177,185—$364,795 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Define the technical direction and roadmap for Pinterest's agent platform.
  • Design and build scalable, highly available infrastructure for agent services.
  • Lead technical alignment across teams and drive execution on key initiatives.
  • Utilize AI for system design and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with agent systems and 7+ years with scalable backend systems.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to use AI in development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
