Staff Software Engineer, Ads Measurement Signal

This role is based in Seattle with remote options available.

Compensation:

$177,185—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Conversion GenAI agent, focusing on data flows and retrieval layers.
• Enhance existing GenAI applications for improved performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams to address measurement challenges and iterate on solutions.
• Lead initiatives to integrate AI tooling across teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with GenAI or ML-powered products.
• Strong background in ads domain expertise, particularly in measurement and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
