Staff Software Engineer, Ads Measurement Signal

This role is based in Seattle with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$177,185—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Conversion GenAI agent and related services.
• Evolve existing GenAI applications for improved performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to address measurement challenges.
• Lead initiatives to enhance AI tooling and workflows across teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in backend or full-stack software engineering.
• Experience with GenAI or ML-powered products.
• Ads domain expertise, particularly in measurement and conversion tracking.
• Strong data analysis skills, including SQL proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
