Responsibilities:
- Own the design and implementation of the Conversion GenAI agent.
- Evolve existing GenAI Applications for improved performance.
- Design connections with downstream ads products and internal tools.
- Consolidate measurement context layers into AI-consumable signals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate measurement pain points into agent skills.
- Lead a GenAI culture and collaboration model across organizations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
- Proven track record with GenAI or ML-powered products.
- Expertise in ads domain, particularly in measurement and conversion tracking.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and experimentation.
- Technical leadership experience across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
