Compensation:

$177,185—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

  • Own the design and implementation of the Conversion GenAI agent.
  • Evolve existing GenAI Applications for improved performance.
  • Design connections with downstream ads products and internal tools.
  • Consolidate measurement context layers into AI-consumable signals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate measurement pain points into agent skills.
  • Lead a GenAI culture and collaboration model across organizations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Proven track record with GenAI or ML-powered products.
  • Expertise in ads domain, particularly in measurement and conversion tracking.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and experimentation.
  • Technical leadership experience across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
