Staff Software Engineer, Activation Team

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$177,185—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical roadmap for activation backend systems.
• Drive backend engineering across APIs and production systems.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product managers.
• Mentor and develop engineers on the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend systems.
• Strong product mindset and systems design skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and establishing best practices.
