San Francisco, Palo Alto, Seattle, or Remote.
Compensation:
$170,371—$350,763 USD
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in developing robust and scalable backend services and APIs.
- Drive technical solutions and strategic objectives across multiple teams.
- Build effective alignment with design, product, frontend, and platform teams.
- Uplevel the team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Define and evangelize best practices for backend engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of industry backend application development experience.
- 3+ years experience as a tech lead.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in writing reliable and maintainable code.
