Location:

San Francisco, Palo Alto, Seattle, or Remote.

Compensation:

$170,371—$350,763 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in developing robust and scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Drive technical solutions and strategic objectives across multiple teams.
  • Build effective alignment with design, product, frontend, and platform teams.
  • Uplevel the team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Define and evangelize best practices for backend engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of industry backend application development experience.
  • 3+ years experience as a tech lead.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in writing reliable and maintainable code.
