Sr. Staff Engineer, Performance Ad Formats

This role is based in San Francisco or Palo Alto.

Compensation:

$245,402—$429,454 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for Performance Ads Formats.
• Drive cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Design scalable and maintainable systems across various surfaces.
• Mentor senior engineers and create technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Deep technical architecture expertise in high-scale product systems.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
