Sr. Software Engineer

This role is based in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Work with engineers and compliance specialists to ensure adherence to IP, content, youth, and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Ops, Product Management, and Data Privacy teams.
• Develop tools and processes to monitor compliance and mitigate risks.
• Manage project timelines for compliance initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable systems for compliance needs.

Requirements:

• Experience with Python or Java programming.
• Track record of developing high-quality software.
• Ability to manage technical initiatives for high-impact outcomes.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

In-Office Requirement:

This role requires in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months.
