Compensation:

$107,100—$220,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain design systems accessibility guides.
  • Contribute to internal accessibility standards and documentation.
  • Ensure components adhere to accessibility standards.
  • Conduct manual accessibility testing.
  • Partner with engineering teams for implementation quality.
  • Champion an accessibility-first mindset across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support on accessibility throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in an accessibility-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of WCAG guidelines and assistive technologies.
  • Experience leading training programs on accessibility best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with design systems for accessibility.
