Staff / Senior Staff Backend Engineer, B2B Flywheel

This role is based in San Francisco, California.

Compensation:

$293K - $385K/year

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate backend systems that capture and process critical product, usage, and customer signals across B2B and API surfaces.
• Build reliable data pipelines and infrastructure for actionable insights and product improvements.
• Collaborate with data science, research, product, and infrastructure teams to enhance product quality.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API services, and data modeling.
• Experience with data pipelines and large-scale data processing systems.

Tech stack:

Backend systems, data infrastructure, applied ML/DS.
