Software Engineer, Backend

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$245K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and designers to bring new features to market.
• Enhance engineering productivity with excellent tooling and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for system reliability.

Requirements:

• Experience building production systems for new product capabilities.
• Strong focus on user experience and problem-solving.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and collaborate effectively.
