Principal Software Engineer, Infrastructure Security

This role is based in multiple locations including New York City, Seattle, and San Francisco.
Compensation:
$277.6K – $490K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture and roadmap for core security services.
- Design and implement planet-scale security systems.
- Lead cross-functional launches with engineering teams.
- Build security primitives that become platform building blocks.
- Leverage models to develop automation and detection tooling.
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality standards.
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering skills with experience in distributed systems.
- Experience with critical infrastructure, particularly security infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of security principles and common vulnerabilities.
- Ability to lead cross-team technical initiatives.
- Expertise in securing large-scale cloud platforms.
