Infrastructure Engineering Lead, IT

This role is based in San Francisco and requires in-office presence.

Compensation:

$293K – $385K

Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve infrastructure patterns for on-prem and hybrid environments.
• Establish standardized deployment and operational models.
• Own the full lifecycle of infrastructure systems including deployment and upgrades.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Chef, and Ansible.
• Build and operate monitoring and incident response mechanisms.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in operating and architecting mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker.
