Global Detection and Response Lead

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$347K – $490K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Oversee global detection and response operations, including continuous monitoring and remediation of security events.
• Lead and mentor teams of senior engineers in detection and response.
• Ensure operational readiness through management of incident playbooks and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve detection quality across environments.
• Build a world-class security program to withstand tier-1 adversaries.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with expertise in detection engineering and incident response.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance (Top Secret) or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in building high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage security incidents.
