Forward Deployed Security Engineer

This role is based in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and relocation assistance available.

Compensation:

$293K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Embed with public sector customers to implement and maintain security controls.
  • Provide design and technical expertise on security measures.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve security and compliance goals.
  • Conduct routine security assessments and threat monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Active US security clearance.
  • 5+ years of security engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure tools (Kubernetes, Terraform).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Golang.
  • Experience in security operations and knowledge of adversary tactics.
