This role is based in San Francisco, focusing on designing user journeys that attract and convert visitors on ChatGPT.com.

Compensation:

$240K – $295K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end design of ChatGPT.com, including landing pages and product education.
  • Collaborate with content strategy to create cohesive web experiences.
  • Design landing pages optimized for traffic acquisition and conversion.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear visual narratives.
  • Develop scalable design systems and collaborate with engineering for high fidelity.
  • Utilize analytics and user research to inform design iterations.

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in designing for high-growth consumer or B2B web experiences.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Strong focus on usability and clarity in design.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing websites is a bonus.
