Backend Software Engineer, OpenAI for Finance

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$230K – $385K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new platform capabilities and integrations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and external customers to implement effective solutions.
• Work with the research team to enhance next-generation models.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in tech and product-driven companies.
• Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript).
• Experience in building infrastructure that supports high-volume requests.
• Interest in AI/ML is a plus.
