Backend Software Engineer, Growth

This role is based in San Francisco, California.

Compensation:

$160K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

Drive long-term growth of ChatGPT through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation. Partner with engineers to plan and deploy backend systems.

Requirements:

• Experience shipping features that optimize user funnels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing conditions.
