Technical Program Manager - Capacity Systems

Compensation:

$168,000 - $258,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional technical strategy and execution for a centralized software platform managing capacity and allocations.
  • Enhance tooling, automation, and workflows for capacity management.
  • Guide engineering initiatives using agile methodologies.
  • Apply data-driven program management through metrics and KPIs.
  • Establish effective communication frameworks for program status and risks.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and cross-functional partners.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Capacity Engineering or Technical Program Management.
  • Experience with large scale infrastructure and various CPU/GPU architectures.
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
