Senior Technical Program Manager - Autonomous Vehicles

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

Salary range: $168,000 - $322,000/year based on experience and level.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead automotive software development across multiple engineering teams related to ADAS/Autonomy features.
  • Define product roadmaps, develop schedules, and drive execution.
  • Coordinate release content with program and engineering managers.
  • Establish metrics to assess and improve product quality.
  • Communicate program status and key issues to management and teams.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
  • Experience in planning and executing complex software engineering projects.
  • Proven experience in Automotive, Robotics, and/or AI.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Ways to stand out:

  • Experience leading end-to-end development of ADAS or autonomous vehicles.
  • Familiarity with Jira and/or JAMA.
  • Experience with start-ups or early-stage products.
