Compensation:
$224k-$431k/year
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and scale distributed cloud-based systems for a high-performance SaaS/PaaS platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive new features and enhance platform reliability.
- Influence the technology stack and architecture.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain scalable test harnesses.
- Mentor and raise engineering standards.
Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience delivering SaaS/PaaS.
- Experience in developing RESTful, gRPC, MCP APIs and backend services.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed system design.
- Proficiency in Java, Golang, and Python.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and NoSQL databases.
