Senior Software Engineer - NIM Factory Container and Cloud Infrastructure

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$184,000 - $356,500/year based on level and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and harden containers for NIM runtimes and inference backends.
• Develop Python tooling for CI/CD integrations and test harnesses.
• Optimize container performance and evolve base image strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability of new models.
• Mentor teammates and uphold engineering standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in production software with a focus on containers and Kubernetes.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with GPU workloads in Kubernetes.
• A degree in Computer Science or related field.
