This role is based in Austin, TX with options for remote work.
Compensation:
Base salary range is 184,000 USD - 356,500 USD per year, depending on level and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance SDLC and infrastructure services.
- Ensure systems health, reliability, security, and performance.
- Mentor team members in DevOps/SRE methodologies.
- Automate infrastructure setup using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a large-scale software development environment as a DevOps/SRE Engineer.
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Linux, networking, and security.
- Experience with programming languages (Python/Go) and Bash/Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools.
