ATE Security Engineer

Compensation:

$100,000 - $207,000/year based on experience and level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate ATE solutions for secure key provisioning across product range.
  • Collaborate with security architecture teams to validate security key features.
  • Work with HSM suppliers for secure key provisioning solutions.
  • Optimize ATE test methods in partnership with ATE Test Engineers.
  • Drive innovation in ATE solutions for security key provisioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of silicon verification and testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform.
  • Proficiency in Linux and programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, Perl, or Python.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cryptography and its applications.
  • Experience with system-level testing or validation.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for secure engineering.
