Compensation:
$224,000 - $356,500/year
What you'll do:
Develop enterprise-ready reinforcement learning capabilities and collaborate with agent teams to implement them.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and adapt RL approaches into reusable cookbooks for agent developers.
- Design verifiable reward environments and operationalize training backends.
- Lead data curation and design RL training loops for self-improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure safe deployment of training outputs.
Requirements:
- MS in CS, ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in ML and operationalizing RL techniques.
- Familiarity with distributed training frameworks and ML ops skills.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or similar languages.
