Senior Software Engineer (L5) - Analysis

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$388,000 - $558,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve experiment analysis tooling.
• Ensure reliability and performance through incident response and observability.
• Collaborate with teams using technologies like Flink, Spark, Elasticsearch, and Druid.
• Partner with product engineering teams to improve experimentation workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of experimentation lifecycle.
• Experience with backend and distributed systems.
• High-quality coding and operational rigor.
• Effective collaboration and product sense.
