Senior Software Engineer (L5) - Analysis

This role is remote, based in Alaska.

Compensation:

$349,200 - $557,100 per year

Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve critical experiment analysis tooling.
• Own reliability and performance of analysis workflows.
• Collaborate with teams using technologies like Flink, Spark, Elasticsearch, and Druid.
• Partner with product engineering teams to improve experimentation workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of experimentation lifecycle and risks.
• Experience with backend and distributed systems.
• High-quality coding and operational rigor.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
