Distributed Systems Engineer (L5) - Cloud Gateway

This role is remote in the USA.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $720,000

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate core infrastructure for secure and efficient application communication.
• Develop software solutions to enhance developer experience.
• Lead integration of new security features into Netflix's infrastructure.
• Provide mentorship for junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Experience with distributed systems in a cloud environment.
• Hands-on with API Gateway technologies (e.g., Netflix Zuul, Envoy).
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or C++.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
