Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new business units by assessing processes and coordinating launch activities.
- Serve as the main liaison for prospective partners, managing intake and aligning solution design.
- Translate complex requirements into technical solutions through detailed process mapping and collaboration with subject-matter experts.
- Drive automation initiatives and strengthen testing and onboarding readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with software development lifecycle, testing, CRM, and AI+CI.
- 3+ years of cross-functional experience translating business requirements into engineering specifications.
