Sr. Business Program Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of projects, managing timelines, financials, and performance metrics.
• Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring accountability.
• Develop processes for program changes and drive optimization strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to identify program risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field with 6+ years of experience in program management.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
• Preferred: Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience.
