Software Engineer - Windows Experiences

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week.

Compensation:

USD $84,200 - $165,200 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop reliable, maintainable code for core Windows features and user experiences.
• Collaborate with design, product management, data science, and engineering partners.
• Use data and customer feedback to refine features and improve quality.
• Participate in code reviews and follow secure engineering practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance user experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with coding experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
• Preferred: Master's Degree or equivalent experience with AI/ML integration.
