Senior Technical Program Manager

This position is based in Noida, India.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-quarter programs in Identity and Age Assurance.
• Establish program governance, including milestones and risk management.
• Partner with engineering to shape technical approaches for identity and age assurance experiences.
• Align stakeholders across various teams to ensure successful execution.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement post-launch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the Gaming industry is preferred.
