Senior Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver monthly Windows updates with high quality.
• Define, track, and report on the execution of key priorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks & dependencies proactively.
• Foster effective partnerships with teams across the company.
• Manage priorities for the engineering team based on customer scenarios.
• Engage with customers and use data to influence decisions.
• Drive roadmap based on customer pain points and market trends.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.

• Technical aptitude and customer obsession.
• Proven track record in delivering cloud-scale technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• 8+ years experience in product/service/program management.
• Experience in taking a product to market and improving product metrics.
