Senior Software Engineer

This role is based in Redmond, WA, requiring 3 days a week in-office work.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer - Backend, you will build secure, resilient, and highly scalable services for Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and manage Teams services ensuring security and performance.
• Contribute to design documents and participate in code reviews.
• Engage in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Collaborate with a global team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Preferred: Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience with large-scale cloud services and Microsoft 365 components.
