Senior Software Engineer

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year

Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced AI techniques to improve Microsoft Teams.
• Design and develop scalable backend services for messaging capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI teams to align on strategies and share best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and coding in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.

Tech stack:

.NET Core, TypeScript, Redis, Azure Cosmos DB.
