This role is based in Greater Toronto, Canada with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).
Compensation:
CAD $114,400 - CAD $203,900 per year
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
- Drive design document development for products and services.
- Create and optimize code for performance and maintainability.
- Guide other engineers and monitor system performance.
- Adapt to new trends and improve product reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to obtain Secret security clearance from the Government of Canada.
- Willingness to travel into the US for customer engagements.
