This position is based in Vancouver, Canada, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).
Compensation:
CAD $114,400 - CAD $203,900 per year
Responsibilities:
- Develop and operate highly reliable, scalable backend services and data platforms.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define requirements and design solutions.
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code with strong test coverage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficient in C# and familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, .NET).
- Experience with data systems, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
