Senior Software Engineer -Backend Software

This role is based in Vancouver, Canada, with a requirement of 3 days in-office work per week.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $114,400 - CAD $203,900 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a team to deliver impactful solutions.
• Design, implement, test, and support large-scale services for Fabric Data Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define product requirements.
• Tackle complex technical problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Support live site operations and ensure service health.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience in coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience in designing and operating cloud services.
• Preferred: Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 8+ years in relevant backend languages.
