Overview:

The Microsoft Edge Browser Security Team is responsible for securing Edge client code, engaging with developers, performing proactive vulnerability research, and ensuring reactive responses to security threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex issues to identify security problems and threats.
  • Collaborate across teams to design preventive solutions.
  • Monitor and alert the security health of Edge.
  • Work with partners in the Chromium community to improve browser security.

Qualifications:

Required: Doctorate or Master's in relevant fields with experience in software development lifecycle and cybersecurity.

Preferred: Experience in browser vulnerability discovery and writing exploits.
