USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year

Overview:

The MORSE team is responsible for securing Microsoft's operating systems, including Windows and Azure. You will participate in security reviews, identify vulnerabilities, and collaborate with product teams to enhance security.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security reviews including design and code reviews.
  • Act as the security contact for new product developments.
  • Identify vulnerabilities in OS features and devise new protections.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve security and articulate the business value of security investments.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Public track record of security research and experience exploiting bugs in operating systems.
  • 3+ years in software engineering or security-related field.
