Principal Security Researcher

This hybrid position is located at the Microsoft office in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation:

USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced security research into threat management for AI tools.
• Design and validate mitigations with engineering teams.
• Investigate critical security issues and elevate findings.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to advance security standards.
• Mentor and guide researchers and engineers.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with generative AI frameworks and security applications preferred.
