Overview:
The Microsoft Windows Security team seeks a Principal Security Engineering Manager to lead efforts in securing Windows products and devices, focusing on offensive security and mitigations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of team to identify and mitigate risk in Microsoft products.
- Influence across groups to manage threats and risks.
- Leverage current understanding of security to devise new protections.
- Manage and grow a high-performance team.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field with relevant experience.
- 1+ years of people management experience.
Preferred:
- 7+ years in software engineering or security-related engineering.
- Experience with native code and vulnerability discovery.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows architecture.
