Principal Security Engineering Manager

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days a week in-office work.

Compensation:

USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to improve production tenant security and governance.
• Manage security risk program mechanics from intake to prioritization.
• Drive operational improvements to reduce misconfigurations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance security controls.
• Develop incident readiness mechanisms and coach a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's in a related field with relevant experience in security and software development.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of security operations in cloud environments.
