Responsibilities:
- Drive positive customer satisfaction and provide insights to Microsoft teams.
- Support customers through the adoption lifecycle of Microsoft security products.
- Deliver technical presentations and propose high-level solutions.
- Run Architectural Design Sessions to implement solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and technical projects.
- Technical certifications in cloud security are preferred.
