UX Strategist

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$160,269/year to $165,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design and strategy for key projects across Meta for Business.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, personas, and user journeys.
• Collaborate with marketing, web, and design teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Incorporate user feedback to enhance product experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in UX roles.
• Experience in UX design, research, wireframe development, and user testing.
